"Tybee Crater" C

Tybee Island, Savannah, Ga.

The Georgia coast is known for its extreme tidal swings.  Many boats passing through stay out to sea and avoid the Intracoastal waters for that reason. What I find fascinating is what gets exposed when the tide is low. The scene in this photograph will be totally different come tomorrow. Guaranteed!  I could stand in this same spot every day and no two photos will be alike.  Different shapes, different tones, and different textures. Also found in Black and White.
