These were to be my first images of the beach at Tybee Island in Savannah, Georgia. I headed out before sunrise thinking I was going to get there at high tide. Problem was I had my tide table completely backwards. But what I saw that morning enlightened me. All of these shapes, tones and textures exposed by the morning light. I was like a kid in a candy store. I had an hour or so to work before the tide came rolling back in and the light became too harsh. “Main Pool” and “Wrap Around” were part of that morning’s images in this collection.
